Refund Policy

Deposited funds for a project are non-refundable after delivery if the initial design concepts are approved or if changes are requested, unless DigitalGlobalBusiness cancels or terminates your contract for reasons not related to your breach or non-performance.

  • All refund requests will be processed according to the following guidelines:
  • If a request is made before the initial design concepts are delivered, you are eligible for a full refund (minus a 10% service and processing fee).
  • If a request is made within 48 hours of delivery, you may receive a 66% refund (minus a 10% service and processing fee).
  • If a request is made between 48 and 120 hours after delivery, you may receive a 33% refund (minus a 10% service and processing fee).
  • No refund requests will be accepted after 120 hours following the delivery of the initial design. However, we encourage you to reach out if you have any concerns, as we value customer satisfaction.
  • Refund requests will not be considered if there has been no action on your order for 60 days post-purchase. Reactivation of your design order will incur an additional fee based on your project.
  • All refund requests must be communicated to the support department. DigitalGlobalBusiness.com reserves the right to approve or deny requests on a case-by-case basis based on your user agreement.
  • No refunds will be issued after final files are delivered.
  • For website packages, refunds will not be granted once the website is live.
  • Refund terms for DigitalGlobalBusiness / Custom packages align with those for single packages. For example, if you order logo and web design services and approve the logo, you may request a refund only for the website service at the initial design stage.
  • Refund requests must include a valid reason that corresponds with the design brief and customer feedback. If a concept has been designed according to the brief, refunds will not be issued, but further revisions will be provided until satisfaction is achieved.
  • Our money-back guarantee applies only to orders placed in good faith. If a customer orders from multiple design agencies for the same project with the intent to claim refunds, we reserve the right to decline such requests.
  • Customer feedback is essential before finalizing any design. Therefore, it’s crucial for clients to be involved to achieve their desired results.
  • Website projects with no activity for more than 60 days will be deactivated, and resources will be allocated to other projects. Reactivation will require payment of 50% of the project amount plus a handling fee.
  • Logo projects with no activity for more than 60 days will also be deactivated, requiring 90% of the project amount plus a handling fee for reactivation.
  • We guarantee a 100% unique design. If our logo is found to be significantly similar to an existing design, we will redraw it. Any resemblance to existing designs is coincidental, and DigitalGlobalBusiness is not liable for claims of compensation in such cases. Clients are responsible for copyrighting their artwork.

How to Claim Your Refund

  1. We will attempt to resolve your issue based on our revision policy or will provide you with a refund request approval from our refund department.

After a refund, DigitalGlobalBusiness will obtain the rights to the design, and you will not be permitted to display any version of it. Please note that:

  1. Once the design rights are transferred to us, you agree that you have no right (direct or indirect) to use any responses, content, or work products provided.
  2. DigitalGlobalBusiness will share copyright acquisition information for refunded designs with government copyright agencies, restricting their future use as original designs.
